the last three days were like a holiday, not like a camp at all...though there were timetables, there were minimal rules to follow... it was like a fun camp just to bond us together..
anyway, the first day, since the campsite is like 4 hrs frm the city, we arrived at abt 230pm at the campsite. the place is a popular tourist spot, at the foot of a mountain. all around is nature & recently, there was a bush fire, thus part of the mountain range seems brown becos of burnt trees. we were spilt into diff. lodges and they were quite big as abt 6 pple sleep in one rm. out gp had ropes activity first, which includes high elements, like the usual adventure camp. we were not forced to try and some backed out.. haha.. the trainer asked me to try to belay & my arms were quite sore by the end of the activity.. maybe he tot i needed more muscles. haha.... & is my name so hard to rem? he asked my name for the sixth time..sigh...but it was fun...the gd thing was tat the weather was great, not too hot.
dinner was next and we had fish and chips... after dinner, we were allowed to choose frm a variety of activities to do... we could bathe and do watever we like, or there was a night walk around the area in search of kangaroos and there was creative writing, appreciation of aust. comedy and there was also yoga!! and lastly there was also an australian musical lesson, where to learn how to blow their traditional instrument, the long hollow wooden tube.. tot that was quite cool.. haha.. i decided to go fo the australian comedy and learning to blow the instrument.....
the second day of camp, 25 feb, we had to be ready by 730. we had archery after breakfast which was ready hard... i couldn't shoot any arrows onto the board... hehe... but just after a turn, i decided to go for the biking trip instead.. so i left my gp, along with several others and we cycled in the national park nearby and saw many kangeroos... they were like hopping so fast & looked realy adorable... ahaha... the trainer explained to us that the kangeroos like to travel in groups of 700...after the trip was tea time then we had team challenge where we did a series of challenges as a team.. like being blindfolded and moving in a line, we had to walk through a forest.... it was really exciting cos the obstacle was quite challenging, we had to duck to avoid the branches overhead, go over fallen logs on the forest bed etc.. luckily the guy in front was like directing me, where trees were etc.. i was like clunging on to his shoulder & my frien was pulling my shirt.. haha....it was quite scary.... there were other team actcities but too long to explain.. haha.. overall, it was really fun...
after lunch, we were supposed to go abseiling, but too bad it rained heavily and we cant do it anymore.... sigh.. it was not an artificial rock but a real mountain, so we were all looking forward to it...we had no choice and thus we played card games like UNO and bluff etc... there were like jokers in the gp and they made those lame jokes & making us all laugh... haha.. really reminds me of wei liang.. HI...haha... that evening, we had similar night activities like the night before and we had a photography competition where there was a slideshow on the photos taken during camp... anyone can submit the photos and the best were picked out. some of the pic were really weird and funny.. haha..
26 feb, morning, after breakfast, we walked to the nearby cultural centre and learnt how to throw boomerang..it was rather hard because there was a strong wind.. and none of us was able to make the boomerang come back...bt it was still a gd experience...haha.. we had to dodge one another's boomerang cos they were like flying everywhere.. haha... at 1230, it was time to leave for melb, back to civilisation... it was indeed a great camp, unlike those i hav been so far.. yup... signing off.... :)

yipee.. i finally got the Lion King tickets.. but it is on 12 March...and there are only single seats left, so my dad and i cannot sit together... nvm... hope it wld be a lifetime experience.. hahaha..
anyway, i think i am gg to die in literature... today had my first lecture... we are doing poetry in the first term and 5% of the marks comes frm class participation.. it's really depressing ... u hav to keep raising yr hands if u wanna get those marks and some pple just u know...keep making remarks hoping to get marks... worse still, everything seems so chim.... haha.. i hav lots of catching up to do..yea.... wish me luck!! hehe... ;)

i spent the whole morning reading the papers. strange things are happening in spain. i read that the throne has been left vacant. they say there is no king. but there must be a king. there's a king alright, but he is hiding in some obscure place. sigh, i spent the whole day pondering about the spanish question.
Today is a day of great triumph. There is a king of spain. he has been found at last. The king is me. i overheard two dogs on the streets talking about this matter. i inquired further and discovered the news. Passers-by thought i was drunk, talking to two dogs, but i haven had a drop. i must confess i was staggered to hear them speak just like human beings. i am not joking!one moment i am just a titular councillor(ninth grade in the bureaucratic structure, there were fourteen grade alogether), and now, i am a king!
okok.. i'm getting carried away.. haha... i just got influenced by my literature bk, "Diary of a Madman", and half of u must hav tot i am gg mad.. haha... i changed much of the sequences but the story is something like that.. i was reading it and i tot, huh
btw, i bought some of my textbooks today, and we hav to wear lab coats, which is white and looks very much like a doctor's coat... kind of cool, but the googles we hav to wear during prac is weird.. those who wear specs hav to wear.. those who wear contacts wld hav a diff design goggles (nicer actually)... hahaa.. luckily, katana's mom had a car and drove us back to the apartment or i wld hav died carrying those heavy textbk home.. haha.. oh ya.. hav i said? i found out yana live on the same floor as me.. yay!! haha...
btw, history of ideas is abt western civilisation, abt ideas, politics and society... it looks like history... oh ya, there's a guy here whose hair really looks like a rooster... shaved his hair at the side and in the middle he gel his hair to look a rooster head... haha.. but he is quite nice, not like an ah-beng actually...hehe, i sld not tok bad abt pple ya? haha

Bio and Chem or Physics and Chem? sigh.. i am like walking in the queen victoria park thinking and thinking.. sigh... so confusing....
ha... today was the subject introductory lectures.. every teacher seemed to encourage us to take their subject and we can only choose three subjects!! of course i hav to take maths 1 and chem, if i wan to enter medicine but sigh, i just cant seem to decide on the other subject....i am also advised to think of a backup course if i cant enter medicine(average best 4 must be like 98%!!!!)... sld i take law/commerce, a double degree, or biomedicial science??
anyway, i will hav to decide only on mon, so think i will just sleep on it.. besides tmr i persuaded my dad to take me to the melb. country side, the wine yards and hopefully can have a chance to do horse riding since i think i will be getting busier soon...no time to enjoy le.. haha.

First of all, just wan to exclaim, " why are all the tickets sold out??" haha.. sigh... the lion king tickets for the musical is like sold out till middle of march...& the tickets are so ex, like 100.oo per person... for such an ex. musical, can u believe tat there are still so many pple gg to watch... anyway, hope i can get a chance to watch the musical..... pls... haha...
anyway, today my sch offically starts.. walking into the campus i really felt so weird.. like a lost sheep, just following the crowd...we had to queue for like 1hr just to get some orientation things done, which incudes photo for stud. card and some other documents...luckily the weather was windy & cool.... all of us were like so quiet, n the graduates were like encouraging us to tok, tok ,tok.... haha... but some pple who knew each other were like laughing and talking all the way.. how envious.... however, luckily, a girl frm KL, Katnana, introduced herself to me and ya, we started talking.. n u know wat, she lives in the same apartment as me too!! how glad i was.. hhaha....the goody bag was like so heavy.. so tiring to carry it the whole day... it incudes all the necessary information and a diary...
we then had lunch and it was a like a open thing, everyone finding their own spot under a tree & just eating, like a picnic.. haha... next was the Eng Dignostic Test.. weird right.. the first thing u do when u start yr semester u hav a test... anyway, it comprises of three parts, the vocab section, where u fill in the missing words, the SPG section, like those we did during pri sch. and lastly the essay.. argumentative essay!!! hahah.. like "young pple sld stay at home with their parents before marriage..do u agree?" just like write abt 250 words... crap lol.. haha.. the whole test took one and the half hour...
next, was the maths 1 introductory lecture and course information.. the teachers were like jokers... one was like saying that if we do well & win some kind of a nobel prize, we wld be recognised as a trinity stud. , but if we get involved in drugs, they wld sae they don know us n sae...haha....anyway, we got to go back hom only around 6pm.. late right?? sigh.. everyone seem to hav a weird slang here... even Singaporeans.... like as if they hav lived in Aust. for years.... anyway, hope i adapt soon enough.... I SO MISS PHS NOW!! haha..
anyway, sry everyone, i always seem so busy so hav to cut short our chat on msn... time seem to pass so fast here.. anyway, dora, u are making me to missing Spore TV, by writing all the tv programmes u gg to watch... haha....btw, hope to see u online soon...

emm... went to chinatown yest. , near the city & had lunch there...so many chin restarants there.... :) then we went to Stamford Plaza Hotel where we stayed 2, 3 years ago, owned by a Singaporean.. everything looked the same.. n i rem that the hotel room was quite cool.. two floors even! haha..
the afternoon was so sunny & hot.. the weather is kind of weird... one day, cold, hot,cold,hot.. haha... today is so windy & cold again... anyway, we then took a free tram ride round the city, & walked back to the apartment...
at abt six, we went out wif Henry & decided to hav dinner at a seafood rest. at Richmond... it was the 15th day of CNY, so kind of a gd night to celebrate.. haha....
btw,today didn't do much.. went to pay the last instalment of my Trinity fees...kind of a bad day.. cos every shop seemed to have closed when we reached.. sigh.. we wanted to purchase the tickets for the Lion King Musical, but the box office was closed & the sunglasses hut was also closed when we arrived... but looking on the bright side, i had another great dinner... my dad cooked two pieces of beef & lamb in the apartment.. but the whole apartment smells.. haha.. now is like 1am in melb.. gtg... signing off....

know what, i woke at abt 12 yest... half the day is gone.. all because i was trying to communicate with my sis through webcam the night before, till 2am.. though singapore is still 11pm...yawn.. haha..
we went to Victoria Market to take a look and the things were quite cheap...especially the fruits...& right before the closing time at abt 3pm, there would be price slashing, like a carton of mangoes for only $4... & we managed to get a big box of fish and chips for lunch at only $4, though the original price was $13...what a deal.. hahaha...
i spent the afternoon writing postcards cos i couldn't resist buying 10 of them, when i saw them at the shop... :) ...
Henry, my dad's friend brought us out for dinner at abt 6pm, & we had a drink at the bar before gg to a Japanese rest. quite far frm the city... it is quite surprising but every restaurant in this city seem to be fully packed daily... we had lots of sashimi and teriyaki.. so full till i couldn't even stand up.. hhaha.. exaggerated a little....;)
we drove back and along the way we stoped by CROWN, a shopping centre, a hotel and a cascino in the same precinct.. think is like our integrated resort... btw, there was like a public singing contest... & the winner gets to fly to Malaysia.... cos is Malaysian Airline sponsored.... was quite interesting and funny cos the MC was really gd, with lots of wit... haha...
when i reached home, was already 12 midnight, but still chat with my sis till 2am.... sigh really a cycle, today i woke at 11am again.... half the day is gone again... i will break this cycle today!!! ;)

since morning, it has been packing time... i think now, after finishing packing, i have like abt 10 bags to bring, 5 check-in...many right.. haha..
hmm... went back to PHS today.. didn't have the time to go back during CNY celebrations, so i decided to take this opportunity to go before i leave... dora, jocelyn, mun ling, phyllis, xing yue and joanna accompanied me.. actually i didn't expect them to come along, but was glad to have company.. haha.. thanks..
besides, when we entered the sch, i saw mrs teo having lunch with mrs boey, so decided to look for her later instead... oh.. n we went back to our old classroom, which is now used by 4 agape.. joanna was like trying to find her table and chair that has her name on it.. haha.. phyllis msg mr white who asked us to wait a sec, but ended up we only saw him when we outside the HOD room with mrs teo.. his sec is really long... haha..
we went to the library as they said ms kang wanted to tok to me.. haha.. so funny...anyway, we end up toking there.. before going down to the canteen to have a drink, the last time to buy frm stall 1 & to gossip like old times.. hehe...
yup, i managed to meet most of my teachers, including mr chandra, mrs susan tan, mr thomas....unfortunately, mr tan BS was on course....rem those japan trips.. haha..
sigh, it brings back so many memories.... so fast and we are already graduates.... time to move on.. yea, i will end here.... bye PHS... haha...

Have so many last min things to do... really regretted not having done those earlier.. haha.. procrastination.. passport photos had to be done, had to have my hair cut and to buy shoes all today...
The hairdresser took one hour to cut my hair as he was really a perfectionist, so long.. got a little restless..but was satisfied wif the work ;)... lunch was at PS and I had ban main, nothing special,but don't think i can get it in aust...
Finding the shoes were the hardest, poor big feet... went to every shoe shop in the building and requested for the biggest pair of the designs i chose, but ended up going home empty handed... poor me... haha.. runs in the genes perhaps...so all pple out there with small feet, feel blessed... yea?
emm... i am finally home now, but later will be going to IMM for dinner with my grandfather.. Filial huh? grin.. haha... Meanwhile, i'll hav to pack my luggage and try to push out those unneceaasary things.. cos i'm sure i hav already exceeded the 20kg weight limit... :(

emm...was such a hectic day...
met up with hui lin and christle for a movie, match point. we had such high expectations as the reviews were quite positive, but we ended up regretting watching it.. sigh.. just a wierd story of a guy with an affair, who ended up commiting murder and yet remained a free man. morale of story? luck plays a big part in your life, the most important element... went Dorothy Perkins to get a few tee-shirts before i meeting my classmates at bishan... sigh, piggy couldn't make it for the dinner but thanks for meeting up... will always rem you, the times we had during gate duty and council!!
emm.. we had a great dinner at cafe cartel, and ya, want to take this opportunity to wish Happy Birthday to gary... anyway, thanks you guys for making tonight such a special night & for the big bear...i will try to fit it into my luggage.. haha... dorothy, wei liang, candace, yiyong, gary, jocelyn, phyllis, joanna, keith, bao yun, lindy, wan yee, tee hao, hoi ki, mun ling, adam, ji xiang, sean, xing yue, thanks for coming tonight... really glad to hav known all of you, take lots of care and keep in touch k? i will certainly miss all the fun times we had in phs and am really touched by today... thanks again & smile always guys.. friends forever!!
